Snack Between Meals?

Food, nutrition and diet have a powerful, intimate, daily influence on your life. A snack between meals can help maintain your energy level and mood by preventing  fluctuations in blood sugar levels. It can help control your weight by reducing the urge to binge at mealtime and who doesn't know Snickers satisfies you?

Better health, performance and appearance at work & play can be yours by taking advantage of the billions of dollars spent each year on research into your health & vitality.

Learning about food & nutrition can actually be a fun & rewarding experience, or lifestyle! We've all seen people who are always energetic, in great health, happy and productive. How do they do that? Maybe they know something you don't? Diets? Caffeine? Drugs?

Several years ago, friends reported 25 pounds lost in a month without cutting meals or snacks by using the Atkins or South Beach low carb diets. My kind of diet, being in the snack food business, I love to snack! After some study, I had similar results and felt more energetic without starving myself. I'm still not hauling that extra 25 pounds around all day and, I still have a snack between meals each day.

The Atkins and the South Beach Diet low carb diets allow for snacks between meals and don't require starving yourself or expensive meal plans.
