Improving personal performance through diet, can be a fun
& rewarding experience.
You've seen people that seem to always be energetic, in great health, happy, productive.

I avoided all diet plans in my 18+ years in the food business.
Then, over a year ago, several friends reported 25 pounds lost in a month without cutting

sounded like my kind of diet. After some study, I had similar results and felt more
energetic without starving myself. Years later, I'm still not hauling around
